I have dealt with several realtors in the past but no one compares to Brian. He was always one step ahead in the process and when the buyer threw a curve ball he was there to keep us focused and would get things resolved. He was there for us through the entire process day and night.

He prepared us for everything & really made the entire process stress free. I've never met a more professional realtor that shows up & actually cares!

We went trough 4 realtors before Brian, and we were a little frustrated. There was a house we want it to see for a while and none of the other agents want it to show because it had a reduced commision. I sent an email to Zillow and Brian called me right away. He showed us the house that same day, he impressed me, finally a realtor that knows what he is doing and proves to be on our side. Less than 2 months later( today) ,we became homeowners! . Believe me, if you want this process to be as painless as possible, Brian is what you need! Great work Brian!!!!!

Just by luck driving looking only for "sell by owner" houses I called to one that I really like form the outside. There was a realtor involved, so the first thing I told him was "I just had 3 very bad experiences with people like you.... " He answer me "well... I'm a good realtor and I'm gonna help you to get your first home no matter what." Guess what??!!! in 2/3 weeks we did it!!! Brian is really a Pro!!! I recommended to everybody I know (unfortunately not a lot of people). He knows what he's doing and he drives you though all the process. He's very patient. Our house was owned by a Canadian old man living in Canada and the purchase was during the holidays. There was another realtor representing him (she was great too!!!). And remember our first home!!!
